These terms govern your use of VerseCraft Studio's website and song-writing service. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Service

VerseCraft Studio writes and produces an original, custom song based on the story and details you provide, delivered as a digital MP3 file to the email address you provide at checkout.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are a one-time payment — there is no subscription. We offer three delivery-speed packages (Standard, Rush, and Same-Day Express); the price and delivery window for your order are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order.

Revisions & Satisfaction

Every order includes unlimited free revisions. If a song isn't quite right, reply to your delivery email with what you'd like changed, and we'll revise it until you're happy with the result.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the timeframe of your selected package, measured from the time of successful payment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., unusually high order volume).

Cancellations & Refunds

Because each song is custom-written specifically for you, we generally do not offer refunds once work has begun — instead, we stand behind every order with unlimited free revisions until you're satisfied. If something goes wrong with your order or you have any concern, please contact us at hello@versecraftstudio.com — we handle these situations individually and in good faith.

Content You Provide

You're responsible for the accuracy of the details, names, and stories you share with us, and for having the right to share information about any third party mentioned (such as the person the song is about). We reserve the right to decline or discontinue an order that requests illegal content, hate speech, or infringes someone else's copyright (for example, asking us to reproduce an existing copyrighted song rather than write an original one).

Ownership & Usage Rights

Once delivered, your song is yours to keep. You may play it, share it, and post it on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. VerseCraft Studio retains no rights to reuse your specific song, but we may reference the general nature of our work (without your personal story details) in our own marketing unless you ask us not to.

Limitation of Liability

VerseCraft Studio provides a creative, personalized service, and we do our best to get every detail right — but we can't guarantee the final song will match every expectation perfectly, which is why unlimited revisions are included. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use our service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
